Unfortunately, without being able to turn off the FastZap this image is completely useless to me as it goes out of sync after a few minutes and gets progressively worse. I've added the parameter manually to the zapit.conf and rebooted but it wont take it. Until this is done I'm afraid I have no reason to upgrade from a dream plus ultra image, which is a shame as otherwise this is a vast improvement over the previous betas.

No need to convert dbox2 files just copy them from /var/tuxbox/config/zapit (dbox2) to /var/tuxbox/config/zapit (dream) and reload channels from the service menu.

If it shows then try it and see.

Tried it m8 & works brill, thanks. Just want the boq changing buttons going back to normal ones.

just flashed this image.. very impressed.. fast scan was bang on.. still copied my dbox2 .xml files accross anyway..

ive remapped the remote to scroll through bouquetts using the volume buttons and changed the < and > buttons to page down/up..

im now trying to change the volume buttons so tv=vol down and radio=vol up.. this is because i dont use radio and scan for tv channels only.. so them 2 buttons are unused..

there doesnt seem to be an option to remap the volume.. or am i not lookin close enough?

just spent an evening and day playing with this image, defo seems a step up from cryo's dream some feedback from me, I hope this helps:

• Very stable for me, no channels freezes for the whole day, i had some issues with the recent clones from dvbseller which would lock when browsing one channel to another (from sony ent to another, which another neutrino image)
• scan picked up all channels including what seems all the porn, usually all the red hot's get missed out on dw and neutrinos
• the NAR audio always seems to be on by default, any way to fix this?
• reboot seems to get stuck and a manual power down is needed
• just a note to anyone copying the cams across, make sure you chmod 755 the file once you transferred it over.
• I couldn't seem to copy over (all) other cams... newcamd, mgcamd and gbox also, i assume there is limited space but evocam's been stable so happy with that.
• the channel logos are defo very nice
• on my dbox with sportster rc008 the infobar is quite wide, this one seems a bit shorter, with less info, i've reduced the font sizes but still doesnt seem as nice. Would be nice to have the cam info too.

All in all I've always preferred neutrino images especially as the remote keys can be reconfigured for different functions and navigating bouquets is always easier. I really do like this image, many thanks.

yea i would think so run them through bouquet wizard and export to desktop as nuetrino services and bouquets or what ever programe you use

It scans in 3 minutes or do you mean the bouquet layout ?

Hi I have a dreambox 500c in Ireland NTL Dublin all stations went so I downloaded an image digital worlds dream 1.6.5 . and uploaded it to dreambox with dreamup but stations still gone kids are up set because no cartoons I dont know much about this stuff can any body help me get back my station PLEASE . A few of my friends lost there stations too so its not just my box .

I had to sell my Silver Dbox for cash for Christmas,so i bought myself a Dreambox500c to take it`s place.This image is great..dead easy to install and get going,used my old services files from Dbox...it runs smoothe with no issues.Picture quality could be a bit better..but i know this is being worked on.Being a Dbox fan,i`m at home with this image
and i`ll stick withit and look forward to the updates.Great work and thanks very much.

Image on and working ok, (ish, but that's not a problem, it's my signal) I've converted and FTP'd my Bouquets over. I press ok and that brings up the Bouquet of the catorgory I'm in, (Sports for example). How do I get back to the main list of bouquets though...?

Either try pressing the menu button for a list of all your bouquets,or use the <> buttons to scroll through the different ones.

it will always go to the list then instead of the current bouquet.

D'oh! Thanks guys sorted now...!

One thing to mention though, the StMyLocation thing, I've two options listed for my City, and option one froze the box up, and I had to pull the mains plug to bring it back to life. Option two worked fine. (See avatar for location!)
