Being so used to using Neutrino images on cable Dbox / Dreambox.

I would like to know what needs to be done (if any thing) to the lovely DigitalWorldz Dream Neutrino V2.1 image to make it work on satellite CS.

The feedback page says it's Compatable with both SAT and Cable recievers.
Clone Safe.

Or is there any other Neutrino image that can be used for CS?

nothing at all im aware mate.

just load it up on to you dm500 install cc cam and newscam or what ever soft cams you require and it will just work..

sat and cable just use a differebnt driver for the tuners, but bot are installed so will work out the box as a FTA image, just have to add the bits you need

Thanks for the reply neorage.

I could not see the satellite xml, is that supposed in there?

When I go into services there is only option to scan for cable channels.
The set my location thing needs to be removed as well I suppose.

When use this image on cable it was pretty much set up (apart from the keys) for the end user.

I have a neutrino image working with cccam for a 500s. See my older posts.

Thanks, rickets.
I was beginning to feel the odd one out for liking the Neutrino.

New to the sat scene, So I'll begin with enigma (like every 1 else).
Read your posts, once I get enigma working I shall pm you for the neutrino.

Keep up the good work.

Hi there, please could you advise me on how to setup a motorized system with the DM500s? The signal level is not accurate at all and is giving me a bogus reading. For example when I move the dish the SNR and AGC just stays on 50-60%???

Sen you link for the image. Let me know how you get on.

There will be a dedicated dw sat neutrino image but we are having problems getting CCcam to work, once that is sorted there will be a dedicated dm500s image from the team.

Thanks for the link rickets.
