Mickie just had a chance to listen to your mix mate and i'm well impressed but if it's alright for me to say it's just a wee bit too garagie for me so bring out the old house tunes for me and Rat LOL

yeah i been promising rat for ages, to do a house mix i have plenty of tunes lol and will do it.

but garage is me bread and butter i used to mix house when i started out with some synergy cd decks lol (they was as big as house and once broke me shelf pmsl).

but still have plenty of house classics, beautiful people barbra tucker, bomb scare, break for love, todd terry project, isha D stay, many more i cant think of now lol

Been a while since ive done this
but listened to mikeyd 1st mix cool
considering youve been away from it a while.
Sold my decks ages ago
so will have to use my girlfriends sons when i get the chance
Last time i did mixing was on the comp pcdj
Now 4 the question
Yours and my tases are similar
Got 3 of the tunes used i think
what sort of size/length do i do a mix for
And any requests to be remixed
My only complaint about the mix is shut the mc up near the end lol
most djs hate em as you prob know
 
oh can i pop one up. Suppose my taste in music is a little harder.. good all the same though. Still danceable. what i would call proper house. or maybe progressive... infact do you remember when the whole dance seen started to get really pigeon holed. you know people would play "progressive tech house garage shed handbag"
