Hello All,
Moneybookers is quite simple, but can get confusing if you are already registered with them.

As for orders, ALL orders have been shipped, except DM518S which as it says on website (and message has been there since last thursday) DM518S will be shipping 4th June at the earliest.

All emails have been replied to, as i can see in my inbox, all have had reply. Many people need to check there Junk Mail ect. as we get a few mails returned to us.

As for Alex, your tuners were both upgraded to L3 for the delay.

I placed my order for a 518 on Monday (bank holiday) and was definately not informed that it would only be shipped after the 4th of June - I hope that you are posting out next day because of this huge delay. Also I have emailed you twice with no reply . . . .
 
Also why is there a delay in sending out the dm518s???????? The website is still saying avaliable as it did when I ordered my box. This has really annoyed me, the fact that you are saying that I was informed that there would be a delay in posting is an absolute lie!

Please advise how you intend to resolve this.:mad:
 
It was on the website in the delivery section and is still there now. This notice was placed last week on thursday.

It was posted clearly on the website so that everyone could see, we cannot manually inform everyone who order's a reciever (dm518s) that shipping would be 4th at earliest.

All recievers will be posted via courior and anyone wishing to recieve a refund due to not seeing the notice is more than welcome to one.

A simple email stating that the delivery was to be delayed would have been helpfull. I didnt look around your whole site before placing my order and it didnt inform me in any way whilst making the purchase.

I am not in any rush for this box so a refund isn't necessary, I just like to know when to expect an item.

P.S - I am not here to moan about your service, or to slate satronics in any way, I think its good that we expose sellers in this way so that you can improve your service and uphold returning custom.

very suspicious !!!! "what you mean supicious, why is it the only e mail you send is always with excuse, I have your e mails you send while you saying you had no internet,
also for taking the money, that's right what they are saying it took 6 weeks to send my
goods, which didn't work, paid 3rd March received second week in April, since then you doen nothing, or is it becuase you like to let the 45 days pass so one can not claim the money back on the card??? if you stick to your words people don't get suspicious.. the nobody will putt the nose in....

Hi from Greece.
This is my story regarding Satronicks:
I have placed an order at their online shop in the 22nd of May.It was about 2 Spiderboxes (stated as in Stock) and high up to £370.83.Payment sent through Moneybookers and immidiately accepted.
No order dispatched until 29th, so I emailed their customer support:
"Dear Sirs,
I have placed an order (Nr. 000088) at your on line shop since the 22th of May but the status of my order remains since then, as accepted.
I purchased these items (sat receivers) from your shop, as I was convinced that my order (which was in stock)would be shipped immediately.
So please inform me of the estimated date of dispatch and provide me with a tracking Number.
I could wait until next Tuesday 1st of June, before cancelling my order and claim for a refund from Moneybookers."

After 20 minutes I received this:"Hello,They are to be shipped next wednesday (1st of June)".

Neither dispatch was made,nor any email sent until the 2nd of June, so I mailed customer support the following:
"Dear Sir,
due to your past email, I am expecting today a shipping notification of my order and accordingly a tracking number of it."

Guess what? No answer from them.
Next day (3rd of June), I managed to have a live chat with Mr. Josh Farmer.
I stated that I needed an exact and solid answer of if and when my order would ship.I also asked for a refund if shipping was not to be made.
Mr. Farmer answered:
" Our policy states no refund.Your order will be shipped but not today.It will be dhl express, so If I send Monday you get it Tuesday".

When I saw the answer above from Satronics, I was curious as no dispatch email sent to me.
Dear Satronics' customer support, I am still waiting for your dispatch notification...

This is Digital Worldz yep, you read it right.

if any member has a dispute with satronics, then please use satronics website, contacts, emails to discuss your problems.

it's like us going to Vermins homepage and contacting them about fix's for latest encryption, and then slagging them off for the hassle people are going through.

Well thats easy to explain. The contact wit satronics is close to none. They don't respond to emails. So the only way to have some info is by posting here.

I'm only explaining the other point of view. I understand this site has nothing to do with the problem. But it can serve as a warning for people who plan on buying there since this is a Sat forum after all. If it's breaking any rules, then the thread can be locked. And please don't use capslock, that considered to be rude on the internet

Oh sorry about the caps lock i didnt mean to be rude to you i meant it to stand out as a message to the likes of YOU not to use this place after googling satronics and joining to moan about them.

This is what Google are, Our specialists have reviewed SuperSatShop.eu, and we no longer allow this seller to process orders using Google Checkout.
I wonder why.. why the delay you can only get the money back before 45 days (Charge back) and as for using this forum, Satronis is posting all the lies
we are just stating what happen to us, if somebody would like to buy a Sat. sytem if he doesn't want any more posting on this forum, he should answer the e mails, phone, ect..

I have a genuine issue with Satronics and most of the people posting on here are in the same boat. We receive no response from satronics unless we use this thread as an open discussion to expose and tell the real story of a major online satellite retailer. If my experience can help others avoid the same pitfalls as I have done then I say let it be heard.

Also could I ask that satronics send me an update on my order as I still have not received any items or emails stating the item has been shipped.
 
if you was being messed about by a company that ignored your emails/phone calls and spotted they answered people via a forum,don't tell me you wouldn't sign up and try and get an answer from them ;)
