I have been using rats autoupdater bouquets on a Vu+ duo, but just had to re-install and lost it

seems a little strange that ive not had ANY glitches or freezes on sky uk whilst iv been watching for nearly a month now.normally when footy or sky sports news is on its was pretty bad but nothing, not a sausage. have sky given up with the high and long ecms do we know ?
