nokia ondigital box

i have an old nokia mediamaster 9850 ondigital box.I was wondering if it was possible to get a software upgrade for this box or any type of upgrade.

I have one of these boxes, I spoke to Nokia and was informed "they no longer support it"

I was trying to unlock the parental code but Nokia were unable to help...

Good picture quality but a bit on the slow side..................

Your pin no should be the 9th to 12th digits of your smartcard no, found on back of card.
This is the default pin as long as you have not changed it.

e.g. if your card no is 012.345.678.910.11 then your pin would be 8910

My Nokia box keeps needing a hard reset (i.e. I have to switch off at the mains for a few seconds to reset it). Anyone else get this problem?
