Good signal Booster?

Hi,
Anyone know a good signal booster to use with cable? The main feed is split in two and ever since they've introduced the HD channels & increased the broadband speed, which are good things, I've been losing channels on the box furthest away from the split. I've used ones from Argos, B&Q etc before on terrestrial tv and been disappointed with the results.
