I can help you if required but not for beer tokens sorry as its my Job i would of course offer my services at a reduced cost for forum members, But what i would stress is to seek help first from one of the Guys who volunteer mainly for free and are listed on the first page. pgtips1975 i believe that MDT has already offered to help you so you should be ok if not well you know where i am.

Like i said try and get help for next to nothing first if your still struggling then i can make myself available, Your first option really is to attempt it yourself and gain the satisfaction of completing your own install.

Good Luck

ive already been m8 and im going back a week on sunday as the motor was shot(ive never seen so much play in a motor stub, a tm2600) and a new set of t+k,s are being sourced as the L+T bracket combo was a hodge podge and far from ideal. i have to say that @pgtips1975 is a fantastic fella and im glad i can help him out, regards mdt

Hi mate,

Sometimes the Motor stubs on the TM's start working loose due to wind backlash some can be fixed by tightening the centre motor stub bolt with an alan key as a few do work loose, otherwise its hammer and screwdriver time in the backlash adjustment.

The darkmotor dont have this problem as they have a built in automatic backlash adjustment via a spring loaded mechanism, If your getting a motor for the Job then for an extra tenner get the superior darkmotor.

best of luck MDT

Just thought I would add i am willing to help members out in the west midlands area setting up dishes ect.

All I ask is my petrol money is covered ... Would be easier if the person have there own ladders as it is cheaper for me to run the motorbike,

Bacon Sarnies and Tea and the odd beer will keep me happy :drink:

Re: DW Sat Instaler List

i'm in birmingham, if anyone needs help.

ps...... funny thing is, today a mate asked if i'd interested in doing a job for someone in belgium. i said yes, as long as they'll pay for the flight.

Need help with my sly dish.... Would you or anyone from birmingham mind taking a look, check if equipment is OK and direction is right and also if any thing needs upgrading and general advice on motorised dishes etc.... get signal issues sometimes... willing to offer tea/coffee, sorry don't drink so can not offer you any alcopops or similar.... :thankz:

Are offing this free of charge? or is it first post in two years to tout for business?
I have posted the same on other forums just trying to help people. No doubt you go out and work for nothing in the morning. If you're unhappy with the post remove it. But Yes if people have tried and need a hand I can help.

Chis I have no problem if it is your living, just say if it is so people know that they will be expected to pay you with money not cups of tea.
