I recently got myself a Cuberevo HD (= IPBox 9000HD).
To get access to my cccam provider, I have to use Incubus cam.

Currently, I have NLB 10513 firmware, which has incubus 0.92 built-in.

I'm having the same problem as many people - how do I set up the config file?

My C: line from my current provider looks like this:

C: servc.helpamate.com 12002 dbandada qkju013pt no

Believe me,I have scoured the Web and edited the config file for over a week now, but just can't get things to work.

I really would be grateful if someone could post a reply and tell me how to incorporate my existing C line into the incubus cam.

I said i wouldn't answer any more cs questions but hate seeing folk struggle..

Code:
You don't have permission to view the code content. Log in or register now.

i have done all the method posted above but still no joy is there any chance of a dummies guide for it , this is nothing like the 7020 s , if there is a way that i can connect cube revo mini to the cline in the dreambox it would help please i need information

Many thanks for the reply.

I've put in the config file exactly as you suggest, changed the attributes to 755 and, enabled port forwarding for the port used.
Still no joy.

Would another image (not my present NLB) be better for my CubeRevo?

PS - I'd like to donate to the running of the site, but don't see how to do it.

@wanna, each incubus users a different config file so there is a slight change to each release sure you might get away with using the same config file but it always best to use the one with the release.

Are you sure the server is active you are trying to connect too? Is incubus running? have you placed the config in the correct place?

you dont need to forward any ports on your router if you are only connecting as a client.

you could try this stripped down config to see if it helps

0.93 Incubscamd that should connect straight away

notice the bold areas i've changed from Skinn this logs any issues to the Incubuscam.log file

ideally this wants to be located in either a hard drive or ausb stick as it can become quite be very quickly

once its sorted change log to file back to =0 and it will no longer log to file

install 0.93 and post your config or better yet install sifteam latest image as thats what i use to i'd be better equipped to help you

As much as i trust telewestTUM, you must be off your head offering to give your cline out over a public forum..

the bold text enter your server details in there save the file and then restart the CAM using the red button

if you have issues change log to file from 0 to 1 and if you have a hard drive change the location of the log file from

logfile_name=/var/bin/incubusCamd.log

to

a location on your hard drive or usb stick

logfile_name=/mnt/usb/incubusCamd.log (thats where i locate mine on my 8gb usb stick as it can become quite big)

log_to_file=1

also if you enable webif using 1 then you can view and edit minor changes via webif

all i am geeting is service not available i have tried your method but still no joy please help

yes it is definatley on line because my dream 7020 picks it up and decodes, and i do not have hard drive but have 4gb usb stick

you are disabling the line out of your 7020 before you use it in your cuberevo?

sikinn
i have disconected my dream network cable , and i have edited my cline for incubus and still it says serv not available

Do as telewestTUM says with the webgui make sure its activated then go to it. At the minute there is a few things that good be the issue

1/ incubus not actually starting (webgui will tell you that if it comes on)
2/ sever down (not the case 7020 tested)
3/ config not correct (need to know if incubus is running first back to number 1)

change

debug_level=3
log_to_file=1

then check what it says on the log file

var/bin is where itll be if you didnt change it to hard drive?

box is frozen just gonna do a reflash take me a cpl of ticks but i had incubus camd running on strat presssed red butt start incu debug lvl 1
i am gonna do this really quick lads and then i will post asap ,thnx for this guys my box is flashin as we speak by the way my img is sif 9341 is that the correct ver

once its installed, downloaded and install incubuscamd 0.93 without NEWCS unless you need it

then add your server line stick it on here but change it so we dont all see your share just so we can see if its done correctly

log_to_file=1
debug_level=1

add 1s to those in config and also change the log files location to wherever your hard drive is located (you can do this by going to /mnt/ folder in FTP prog)

you'll need to press GREEN > BLUE > Then hover over incubuscamd and using YELLOW button set it as default CAM

Then find a channel encrypted goto it and then press EXIT on your remote so nothing is on screen and then hit the RED button and it should pop up a message saying CAM stopped press RED again and it'll say its started. Do this so its down as START then leave it for few seconds and it should clear the channel
