Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to setup this BOX?

My friend has asked me to have a look at this for his old mum?

I haven't the first clue about these boxes?

What at do you want to do.?
suspect he wants Kodi. My advice would be install Kodi 14.2 Helix then Google xbmcfullyloaded on how to add this wizard. This would then set up all required. Also gives you a step by step guide on how to set up.
