cheers mate for some reason I'm having issues with the following can you help?

I'm getting no signal on the following channels:
Setanta Ireland.setanta sports 1 and priemier sports

Also I'm getting scrambled on the filing channels:
extreme sports

Box Office HD is the first channel in the "Box Office" favourite, SD should* be on Box Office 31.
If you have aj's latest list, the channels numbers are 503 & 534.
