So the reason you think the moon landings were fake is because you gathered all the necessary evidence and with your vast knowledge in science you deducted they were fake or did you just google

I admit I do read wiki and many other sites, because wiki very accurate with it's facts and having a brain after reading all the evidence I have decided that it is more likely man went to the moon rather then believing the verbal diarrhea that the conspiracy theorist sport, but each to his own I guess

No just watched a few documentaries did a little light reading, surfed the internet a little, but most of all just common sense.

My reasons anyone who thinks they can walk on water, feed 5,000 with a few fish has to be whacked out on magic mushroom

Well according to NASA the foot prints on the moon will be there for 1 million years.

If that's the case it would seem unlikely that tyre tracks from the lunar rover would have eroded in the short period that it took to get off the thing and take a photo of it.

You can't have it both ways m8.

Its not just the moon landings that were a hoax. The Mars rovers pictures were doctored as well so the world didn't get to see what really happened when they landed.

Sorry darkstar, missed your post and didn't notice anyone having mentioned it after that. I always said I'd consider the moon landings as fake until I could see such a picture. Apparently they're only the first set of images, and should be more getting released in the next few weeks. Let's wait n see what gets churned out :)
 
hmm, an interesting debate although it seems to wander off topic rather too frequently. Some people should really learn how to debate without resorting to personal attacks !

Anyway, I've had a quick look at a good number of the images which the moon landing critics seem to think prove their point that the landings didn't actually occur.

Although I cant say these images are real (it would take substantially more analysis than i'm capable of) I will say that there is nothing in the images that I can see that prove that they aren't real. All of the reflections, shadows etc would seem to be perfectly consistant with the known lighting conditions on the moon.

The moon landing tapes getting erased has no doubt added fuel the conspiracy theorists bonfire, but I'm now convinced that they did go to the moon. Quite the opposite of what I used to think.

Though it had been expected that LRO would be able to resolve the remnants of the Apollo mission, these first images came before the spacecraft reached its final mapping orbit. Future LROC images from these sites will have two to three times greater resolution.

If I can remember correctly from what I've read, then there should be better pics on august 22nd.

Should be interesting to see what else NASA doctor before they are released to the public!
Wonder if the images from the dark side of the moon from the LROC 'mysteriously' disappear as well.
