This is quite an itresting thread looking at the different types of replies people are giving.
I agree it is wrong to play the race card... but personally i think its easy to play the race card especially for colored people because of tainted history.....heres an example.....

I started a thread about deaf signing on TV & got a bit of stick about it but somebody told me about this and I looked it up & just had to include it here as I thought it relevant - CH4 had to clean up the sign language as used on TV because it was non-pc:
- the sign for a Jewish person was a hook nose sign;
- the sign for a homosexual was a limp wrist sign
- the sign for a Chinese person was a pull at the side of the eye into a slant
- the sign for an Indian person was a finger point to the centre of the forehead
- there may be more that I don't know about
- the sign for a black in US is a flattened nose
I find the signs hilarious & also hilarious that the spokesperson for the deaf community said the CH4 were interfering with the deaf communities language & that it was discrimination!

I wonder what the sign for a deaf person is? Finger in ear? Or is this OK among the deaf themselves? Like the way blacks are allowed to call one another niggers but nobody else is allowed?
It always amazes me how our modern culture has got all these pressure groups which demand their right to withhold onto their tradition & any attempt to question it is pounced upon with shouts of discrimination/racism. I'm surprised the Jewish community, Indian community, Homosexual community, German community, Black community didn't protest about these signs.

sorry mate but your wrong,white ppl have no rights in this country & wont have until we are forced into having a right wing goverment.i live in birmingham & am the ethnic minority but nobody stands for my rights.i am a second class citizen in my own country.equal rights my arse,the police or courts would never take my word over an "asians",even with cctv footage.thats a fact

Well, that makes a lot of sense.
Fecking amazing...Come out today and my black car has silver paint on it...Oh and guess what the neighbours silver car has my feckin paint on it...Thought fook it I'm not gonna approach them went straight to police as they advised me and guess what...They didn't wanna know...Told me to speak to my neighbour despite telling me not to speak to them previously!!! Not surprisingly neighbours denied it and once again tried to work the race card..
