Do you, honestly, think being innocent is protection, in any case, not just "accused" racialism? try telling that to the hundreds of people wrongly convicted, some of whom spend decades in prison. so, yes, you need a reality check. and, just, maybe you are not daft, but very naive!

and yes, all the evedence suggests, you are wrong. it is proved time and time again, Innocents is no protection. you are safer being guilty and wealthy/well connected.

But, as always on here, there are those that are using the 'they' and 'them lot' euphemistically to push their own racist views without explicitly coming out with it (mad 'emarald' apart).

Which is a shame. I tend not to tar everybody with the same brush. Not all Asian familes are the same horrible people who use the 'race card' (whatever that is) to beat on poor whitey.

I think the most importnat thing here is that whatever the colour 'pootas' is living next to a bunch of morons and he needs to be clever in trying to sort them out.

This is what some local pakis done to us.. after one of them raped a young women.

Try your hardest to get one over on them.. its very satisfying seeing an elderly pakistani women being led away in handcuffs.

We had the same issues, recorded it. and went to the old chaddy nick with it. that day police arrived had a chat with them, came to ours and asked if we really wanted to press charges for racial abuse. we said yes and she was led away in handcuffs with a tea towel over her hands..

On another note, yesterday i went to a pakistani house and she asked where id been working. i told her and she came out with "err dirty bengali area".

Thought that was rather funny as theyre both muslims. :S

glad i could help! but i would go for "all three". no point going off half cocked.

race card is an easy excuse as they know they will probably get away with it.

my suggestion maybe is if noise continues is to call the council. perhaps record it. good idea about security camera with audio also as it alway helps identify any f**ker that messes about with your motor.

my neighbours are pakistani and totally selfish. Bloke has 2 vans and 2 cars. Its just him and his wife who drive. No drives or garages on our street and he parks outside neighbours houses. Before he came, neighbours would not park outside your house out of courtesy. But this bloke leaves his cars there for days on end. Even if there is space outside his, he wont move it. He works on his cars sometimes and just leaves the road stained with oil. He works on his house any hour of the day, even middle of the night banging away. He has been warned by the council but he seemed he doesnt give a shit as he continues. Last month, there was such a tight spot between my car and somene else's yet he fit his van, we are talking cm's of space between mine and his.
It was snowing that day so didnt see the damage, but following day when cleared I could see paint scratched from front. Since I couldnt prove it was him, I couldnt do much.

Basically what Im saying is there are some ****** neighbours around who dont give a toss about anyone else. There isnt much we can do without causing big problems. All you can do if you get accused of something is to try back up your innocence.

The guy next door sleeps during the day sometimes so I make sure my lad has his music on full upstairs and my tele on full blast downstairs. He doesnt say much cos he does the same.

It's not restricted to Asians etc. My problem neighbour is Scottish, given me more grief than I've ever had from any "foreigner". Twat also works for the council, so I'm well and truly fecked, talk about sticking together...!

Why not do a bit of intimidation m8, surely you must have some cousins or mates - what you do is get to know where the wife or husband works, then when they are working get your m8 to slash the dudes tyres etc so you're in the clear. Then get one of your cousins to shag the neighbours daughter and taunt the parents - even if it's not true you could make it up.

Shit there are loads and loads of ways to get revenge - you could let them know that it will all end if they stop their crap - if not it will get worse for them.

Basically these type of people only respect people who are going to be worse than them - and generally they can't stomach that.

My ex-wifes dad broke into my house when I split up with his daughter - I got a busload of my cousins to go round his house - kick his door in, smash his house up, beat him up, threaten his family etc. I was in the clear cos i had an alibi and witnesses - none of my cousins were known as they were from a different part of the country. That was the last time I ever heard from my ex father in law or any of his relatives as the fear factor kicked in at that point for self reservation.

Now I am not saying that you should do the same - but what's good for the goose is good for the gander if you get my drift.

Speaking to my mates about this I've had a huge range of responses from:

1. Record everything and go to police

through to

2. Hack their wireless and order a shed load of fertilisers and some Al Jazeera DVD's lol

The way I see it is police don't want to know unless Im the minority SO I have to deal with it myself but in a intelligent way...Personally I think a bit of summary justice is in order...If they wanna disturb me my mate had got a huuuuge fook off set of Bose speakers I could link up and point at their walls lol

Didn't say I was perfect but I certainly don't claim people are racist at every given chance!!

Clearly race is the issue as they keep claiming I'm racist as soon as an argue develops...How can race not be the issue?
