talking about T model here

Chorus i had this sagem download also but still cleared all the channels the box is still running a week now

that was my first one al told me he had problem clearing channels
so just tried to build new image with new keys and it worked no problems

The problem is not to clear channels. The problem is to receive channels.
The boxes from the bad batch don't receive any channels in the range 260 mhz to around 285 mhz.

i see he had said couldn't get rte bbc and channel 4
was able to get them down there still there

Check if he get disney channel, BBC1 and Cartoon network.
That are channels from the problem zone.

i can't believe this thread is still going

it's a hardware porblem with boxes..
that last few i received, 1 was fine.. got em all,
1 was worse than the rest seemed to be missing 2 transponders
1 was same just missing ch4 and the usualls

all got same image etc so it is most definitly hardware

i'm got to try a different lnb with different offset,, i promised a few poeple i'd try it this w/end but i just didn't get a chance sorry.. anyways it's not really an option for the masses to try different lnbs so if ur getting a 500T at the moment it's like playing the lottery.... simple as
