Baby Incubators.

This is difficult, I can't think of what I'd mark as the #1 Invention.

Televisions or computers would not even make it to my top 100 though.

I was gonna say the remote control but thats what the wife is for, so i'll have to say the mobile phone..

Lol....my partner has loads of remote control gadgets. Unfortunately he cant program me....I am the other way around lol.
