Weird Problem easy fix?

My mate has an f3 and was working perfectly until she left the room and her neice started pressing buttons on the remote and now no channels work inc fta,i updated image and channel list but it keeps saying no signal. signal strength is like 10 %. Has something in the settings caused this or has the tuner now gone? Random it only happened when left the room
