sammy 2110 and N3

Hi - I was given a sammy 2110c with the IRD and BK but no MOSC card - is there any ways of using it with the new N3 encyption rollout with a fun or another MOSC card - I have an infinity usb Pheonix programmer and a couple of prussian 4 Galaxy cards and 1 old ntl mosc card - is there any ways of using this box
