Cam/ Card/ usb unlimited Question

I have 2 x Blue Zeta Cams - it looks like the plastic guide is broken on one but don't think that would affect it! 2 x fun 4 cards and an infinity usb unlimited card programmer. Are any of these of any use with satellite or for anything? I was going to sell them on ebay but there is often dishonest buyers who say they didn’t get them or they are faulty etc.
Would it be worth listing them for sale on here? I really haven’t got a clue. TIA
