Please help NO movies channels

Hi all
I have got 4001 in ntl area. the boxes both works downstairs (All channels) and in one bedroom but when I try them in my 2nd bedroom I can't recieve the sky movies all the other channels are perfect. Can any one Please HELP? I already swapped the filters . Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance.

booster is probably right ,u could also try it with the filters off

I managed to buy the signal booster from argos and after fixing it I now get the movies aswell. Once again thanks very much for all your help.
