Please help- I have only got channels 1-5 working on my A780 Kryptview box.

I've only got ch1-5 working just now; I've re-booted, reset factory settings & re-scanned several times, to no avail. I'm in Glasgow area, on Virgin, my B/Band is ok & I can think of no way to get things back-up & running. PLEASE HELP:grayno: MC.

I've powered-off at rear & took coax out, tried to update s/w but still same. I've now reset factory settings & re-scanned everything, but, no joy Can someone please explain what I actually have to do: if there's a step-by-step, can you pls post it & I will try again?? Thanks M.

your box is not knackered,have you checked for a vm fault in area and sometimes a box modem and router need powering off at rear for 30 secs then on.
others are having problems with updating also,try early in morning or very late at night.
