OSCAM or MGMD

Some one said to me that oscam is better than mgmd for my cable lines.

I have a Zgemma H2H with OpenVix

Oscam is on the tricky side to setup mate in comparison to mgcamd is all your using is a couple of lines then mgcamd will be ok.

You could install oscam though as well and learn to set it up and flick between the two. Search oscam on here and read it can be a lot to take in.

line issues will more likely to be with overutilsation on your line providers side or latency on your internet connection rather than being softcam related.
