tried it m8... lost livingtv still no itv2 with it on... took it off and got livingtv back but still no itv2??

Can you see the ITV2 channel but it says service not available?

If so, press the info button and check the SNR value on the right hand side. This needs to be over 90% before the channel will clear. If it's lower, you might need a booster.

Try connecting the box to main feed on it's own and if it appears then you know you need to increase the signal.

Just checked an old Liverpool dbox services and ITV2 & ITV3 were on the same transponder but it was at a frequency of 347000.

I'm sure Donnie will confirm.

i dont have itv2 or itv3 m8.. thats the problem... not even in the chan list

Oooops..

ive just tried to enter the freq etc manually.. clicked the bit that says 'test' now all i have is a black screen

its come back on but still no itv2 & 3

Leave it sitting on the channel, it should come up.

i have the epg at the bottom still... i can tell you the xtra factor is on next BUT.. in a box at the top i have a box that says

'service could not be found'

I have 2 ITV2 and 3's both have different freq for each of the 4 channels maybe someone could post u the other freq to try
