i would pull all that stone out first clean it then dig the top of the soil or whatever is under there
and get a weed fabric/geotex fabric to stop the weeds then put stone back messing about with
weed killer will take time and they will just come back IMHO

I'd say sodium chlorate.
Hi,
Use cheap white vinegar mixed with fairy liquid, its cheap and kills grass and weeds and dosen't harm pets flowers or kids.
Its also weedkiller
Diesel does a good job of killing stuff too, apparently...!
I run a landscaping and tree surgery business, and I am liscensed to use all pesticides.
The weeds in question are grasses and broad leaved. If you want to get rid of them permanantly use a glyphosate based weed killer such as round-up.
Other weed killers will only dry out the leaves and leave the roots intact, so they will just grow back.
Choose a day when rain is not iminent for 6-8 hours (hard I know in this country) and they will take about 2 weeks to die off, but once they're gone they're gone for good.
Keep me out of it lolDiesel does a good job of killing stuff too, apparently...!
I'm not doubting you at all mate, just wondering why, when I've used RoundUp it's done bugga all...? I've used it all round the garden where there are weeds, (different types) and in the right the conditions. It did naff all, except make my wallet lighter! Lol
I gave it to Dad in the end, he tried it, and said the same as me, it's still in his shed now I think...!
Just curious really, is it very weed specific?
