Hi guys, here's the newest firmware for the Blade at last!! Its supposed to have fixed some router issues (hopefully the new virmin one!) and a few small updates..
I've also stuck a new channel list/Bouquet!

roud:got this box today....excellent box and for £130 (got a little discount) - probably the best in it's price range.
like the pull EPG feature which still remains now and next but you can check all channels at once.
After trying other competitors in this price range and similar features.... this box wins.... and it can only get better.
Openbox s9 HD was ok,
spiderbox was ok,
but this box is the best so far and it will only get better. 1080p feature and additonal little things like mosaic pip selection, epg pull and recording one channel while being able to watch another (limited to only on the same transponder) are all great.... needs to smarten up the cccam info so you can check hops and ecm and it will be great. perhaps get rid of games and addhome server feature like spiderbox and you have a great media player combined. Channels change is much faster than spiderbox as well.
haven't tried the dm800hd or dm500hd (clones) but can say this box should be a good box for beginners. Q-box mini HD looks like a good box with dual tuners but that will be around £170 mark.

Not that I know of. But speaking to a few people and I read somewhere that the eurovox guy is working on this and may have something in a few months for that feature.
After using this, the spiderbox and openbox s9. The blade has the best epg feature from the 3. You basically press yellow button and it pulls all the now + next for 90% of channels. So you can check what on just by pressing 'ok' button and taking a glance, also hovering over the channel bring up the info below the pip (picture in picture). Basically the interface is very slick. But there is room for improvement.
Best thing I like about the box over the spider is the channel change time. Spiderbox would take very long time to change. Also recording and being able to watch another channels is good feature for single tuner box even though it will only be limited to channels on the same transponder (i.e. very limited).
guys sorry for the lazy question but im toying with picking one of these up tomorrow it will be used as a client no server needs etc.. how easy is it for me to add my cline? do i need to load an image or is it just a case of uploading cline any Step by Step guides?

if you download the image and then the cline txt file .
add your details to the text file and save both to usb drive
go to menu and the 4th tab in then downloads
you will see the both files highlight the flash file and hit ok
it will install for you and reboot
do the same for the cline file
then hit 9991 on any channel and make sure the cline is active
job done

or you can just go to channel 9991 and enter the cline details there by the remote.

not sure i follow 100%
to clarify
step 1 download the image
step 2 go to the menu, go to the 4th tab, select image then upload
step 3 repeat above but this time using the cline.txt
on reboot go to for example bbc1 and activate cline?
