Got banned !! xbox live

is there not a signal waiting to be sent to your xbox so it dont matter when you go on live that will be sent and it will be banned thats what i have read mite be wrong i dunno but i thought thats how it worked there is no getting away from it as they have your seiral number.... also guys i really dont think its certain games thats got us banned becoz i know peeps who have not even played them games that we are all talking about and they have been banned also i dont think i can trust ABGX how trusted is this program ???

@ janobi yeh mate you could leave your network adaptor un connected till next year and then sign on and you will be banned

it is like logging into this forum say yesterday you were posting away and then the admin decided oh i don't like that person they ban you there and then and say you logged on 2 min befor your ban then you would be fine but but 1 second later you are banned

The serial number is what is banned ie serial number = username with inbuilt password but after the ban your password has been deleted without away to regain it

So the ban hammer is waiting for you if you are one of the unlucky ones

i think im banned havent been on live for ages played cod 5 offline logged in yesterday no probs justtryed and its failing on xbox live test giving me technical configuration error just tryed my elite which i use just for originals not flashed and it connects fine? the z error code is 0000-0000?

so i was being a c*ck, although people have sent bk systems that have been modified with rrod aint they?? and had them fixed, albeit with liteons, I was just wondering now mine is on there list would I still be able to send thats all.

l just got one of ebay with a faulty drive for 40 never been opened ,, easy job for u lads , l have it has a spare because IM Not BANNED ....

Some peeps seem to be saying if you used ABGX with all your games you should not get banned is there anybody who has used this for all there games and who is not banned please come foward and share it with us if your not banned then ABGX is all the way for me!!!

You quote your serial over live. If its banned you will be told that you have breached the EULA and violated your terms of agreement and more importantly your warranty hence they won't repair it

If I ever get rrod on it, i cud swap it with my other unbanned console's case and then get it fixed??

Don't think they check it , plenty of people slip through the cracks including my mate who just used another serial over the phone and never even went to the extent of changing the case over. don't take it as gospel as other people may have had different experiences

So got the old shitbox stuck it in the box and returned it too the shop where i got it from and told them it had broken ....so they just said OK!! would you like a new one or would you like your money back??? so i said go on then give's us a new one there you go back online again what a laught...

Then i open it too see which drive it has in it and all i see is benq elite wat a ******...

Are well ..

So you're talking about a banned console with RROD.

You just wrote that sending back a RROD was a no go, you didn't mention it was banned.
