is this banned ? New return from repair !!

this 360 has just returned from repair
it was not banned prior to repair and had orig fw on the drive upon return
it has a 3light prob
now its been flashed with latest fw and has not yet been online coz it wont lol

it fails on xbox live
the codeds are
w 0000-000B
X 0000-0011
Y 00C2-03E0
X 0000-0000

I appreciate it may have been on the list but the codes are a little confusing

I believe that if your second Y code begins with a 6 you are banned. You haven't got that so I don't think your banned

i have read a few posts from peps wid baned 360z and there codes dont look like mine !! but xbox support wont talk to me as the console is registered to some one other than myself and i cant confirm the details so the wont talk to me ...

they should beable to change the details to yours, i had a 2nd hand 360 and the details of the last person was still on there. i told them i had brought it and needed to register it to me. i held the line abit and the the guy said ok and did it

after registering it i managed to get trough to xbox support and they then confirmed it was banned from live
so i must have returned from repair banned !!!
ohh well i will try swap it wid some one who dont wana play on live !!!
or trade it in for an elite ......

Surely this is against the t&c's of microsoft. Explain that this is a returned console, and that it should not be banned. I think they are taking the piss mate, sending you back a banned console. I would complain personally.
