anyone know what mhz's to run the 3200+ AMD Barton cpu at in the bios ???

Hoo-ah ? did i miss something ? The spec says:
Supports to Athlon™ XP 3200+ processor or higher speed
So your processor should fit fine on that board

Reminds me of when I got an XP1800 when they came out, the BIOS didn't support it at all and I had to borrow a Duron chip to get the MB to a point where I could flash it LOL.

The board I bough said it supported all that but in this case it did not do exactly what it said on the tin

Does it boot and is it stable with 512 MB in Dutcho ?

No m8 still the same, if I could manage to keep the memory at 100 mhz i think I would be able to turn the cpu right up but unable to do that

Just wanna know the current bios version, if i remember right it should be something like v2.1

Have you tried setting the memory frequency to SPD instead of 200 ?

That will change the other, sometimes hidden values like CAS and RAS latency to the default levels for that memory make.

You could have a fiddle with them manually in the BIOS, press F1 (Usually) in the BIOS to display the advanced menus.
