You cant be doing it right then cos ive tested a mosc,atmega,fun and opos today on my mates box and all working fine.His was an image problem,expired dates.
Only diff is we are on Pure.

Are you reversing the byte pairs for the IRD not the whole IRD

eg if IRD = 12 34 56 78 enter as 78 56 34 12 not 87 65 43 21 its an easy mistake to make.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help me, defo Fergalsworld.

It worked this time round

I switched the ntl (virgin) box off
made a new exteep using toxic 7
3.7 flash on page 3
and thats it

Put it in and switched the box on, everythings working

Ok guys, perhaps a bit of patience may help. I took the card out rebooted the box. Put it back in and now it seem to have got ride of the problem.

Check the sw version is actually 3.7 before you start changing flash files.

nothing changed on the card, box is still on 3.5

The Shani 3.7 fix and Atmega 3.7 fix both work in Pure on 3.6!
Ive tested both and im still on 3.6

I am sure it works as everyone has verified, but if doing the basic may just help solve most of the problems.

I sorted xenius123 out this evening and hes in Derby C&W so not sure what the problems are unless its a crap image.I gave him mine with the latest Shani C&W flash and it worked but he did say it didnt update like they normally do.
Also Ttony in Pure last nite got his to work.
If anyone needs an image pm with email if it helps out.

people can just download the Shani files - as it will work with everyone up to 3.7 - but just makes sure its not something else

Put it in and switched the box on, everythings working

i kept telling you it works, so basically after programming the card with the shani flash and your exteep just reboot the box first and all should work.

Ex CW down south works fine with shani flash and your exteep.
Just make sure you use a working rom image & BK & IRD. Then swap the .bin image created to a .hex file & write.
