Channeliser Error

Still having teething problems with OctagonSf8008
Channeliser will not load Channel List "An error occurred while loading file"
Checked with Gigablue Quad and loads channel fine from it
Any ideas for this error?
I have Sat & IPTV in list but same as Gigablue
Also having problem with time shift but will put on seperate thread

Probably password not set on box and this is why FTP is not working.

Which image is on the Gigablue? Name, version and date please
Which image is on the Octagon? Name, version and date please.
