Any tweaks to superhub from virgin?

Hi guys I'm trying a iptv line ...on my phone using ee 5g works fine..but at home I keep getting " reconnecting error "every minute or so..is this to do with new virgin media superhub ?
I'm on 1gig Internet...or is it something to do with the Asus rc68 router that I'm using as an access point to connect to my firecube?

It's hard wired via ethernet..not using WiFi..ta

no ill try that, i use nord vpn.
Just checked websafe off
