wireless connection drops every few seconds

I have had never probelms with my Netgear Wireless router and Laptop.
But since one of my neighbours got a linksys router which was shown on my list on saturday, my connection drops every few seconds. I changed channels but this didnt help.

Any ideas guys ?

Change your SSID DA, you may be on the same...but differing IP ranges, or the SAME ip address.

and its getting renewed every few seconds

I have change the IP range and the SSID name....his SSID name was linksys.
Lets hope its getting better now.

mairy, I have still the same problems.
Its fine in the evening from around 8pm or later....but when i come home i get kicked out every few seconds.

Could be he reads this forum and has sniffed your mac and is using it

COuld be interference, have you tried all the channels?
