Prison Break, Lost and The Unit which I'm currently watching season 2 of.
24 should be on the list though I think its getting a little tired though still watch it.

Prison break, although 2nd season wasnt anywhere near as good as 1st. Heroes....going off that a bit but still watch it. Lost....at long last it has started to get better, it went of in so many directions it just got boring, but is hotting up again. I also like the Unit.
