Just done a timed recording from EPG myself :) SD channel (BBC1)

worked flawlessly :)

mines locking up and going on a cog-a-thon after about 10 secs of recording anything :-(

to save me looking all through the thread if you already posted

what form of HDD you using ? mem stick,ext HDD,usb HDD ?

have you formatted the drive via the menu as mentioned ?

are you rtrying to record SD or HD programme

give us as much info as possible mate and we will try and help fix it :)

sorry guys internal WD 320gb Hard Drive formatted through the menu and i have tried recording SD and HD
 
I'm absolutely loving my TM800 now. :)

Finally I can record HDTV channels, no glitching no lagging, just brilliant. :)

The Wifi is perfect, 100% signal even though it needs to travel through a brick wall.

Have they tweaked ccCam in some way, reason I ask is before this new image my HDTV channels would give me a tiny little 'blip' every couple of minutes or so, for the time being those blips seem to have vanished.

Roll on Digi's custom image!
 
did you flash the image as per instructions mate ?
you might need to reflash
Not following below instruction will result lots of problems
please make sure you follow it for the first time,

1-Unzip this files
2-DO FACTORY RESET AFTER DOWNLOADING BY USB OR MINI WEB OR ANY DCC /FTP Etc,
3-Turn off TM-800 for about one minuts from rear ,

Damn, I spoke too soon.

I've recorded the last hour of Discovery HD

I stopped it.

Tried to play it back and the box has went Cog-ariffic! :(

This is the foirst time I've recorded HDTV with it, SDTV plays back sweet.

theres an 'issue' with the UR image thats causing a few problems creating the DW modded image. i have everything installed and running sweet though

but

i may have to upload it as a few installable 'packs' rather than as a complete image (preffered) to get the same end result

still exactly the same after reflashing, locks up after 5 secs of playback :-(
 
After getting a wifi card for this to free upy bridge does anybody know which card it supports????

Officially only the erm official adapter for now but here's a post a while back regarding a driver on one of the builds and possible compatible 3rd party adapters
