Thinking of buying VU+ Duo2 - advice needed

Can't speak for cable but I got a solo2 for sky and it's the dogs bo*****ks so much easy to flash than my 800se wish I had made the move ages ago

Solo2 is a great box i had a usb tuner for cable and it worked perfect if it wasnt for being a clone i wold have kept it

Newbie question, flashing this https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?resources/3453/ is it as simple as the following:
Download the image
Unzip
Put a fat32 formatted USB in & copy vuplus from zip file.
Put the usb in the vu box, restart and thats it?
