sony tv cable tuner matrix reloaded cam

after days of messing around with the tv . i finally got it working . my question is does the matrix reloaded cam work .
A friend of mine gave me one the other day i put the cam in the tv and i lose fta channels .
what i need to know is what cam do i need and what to do ?
i dont know anythink about cams and programers or cards. any info or help
would be great .

I have read it works but you have to get BK from cam and enter into a cardalso black icecrypt and blue zeta cam. Using diablo myself with latest underworld file.

Now the hard part where do i start ? got the cam thats it so far dont know anything about bk or cards .
