CD & DVD Ripping a DVD

Hello peeps

When i rip a dvd using vcd galaxy & TMPGE-nc , when encoding the .d2v file to mpeg(vcd) how do you get rid of the annoying movement lines the go across the screen, the you only get when encoding dvd to vcd?
