Win 7 Trying to install a Driving Test DVD (error)

I'm trying to install a Driving Test DVD for my daughter on the PC but I'm getting this error :-

The following minimum system requirements for the setup were not met.
User permissions Administrator
Click OK continue or Cancel to abort the setup

then when I hit OK I get
You must be running an account with full administrative access

I've right clicked the DVD .exe and then gone in compatibility, ticked run as admin but its the same. How do I get round this ?

are you logged in an admin account

Are you logged in as the administrator on the computer? if not log out and log back in as admin.

also when running application right click and select run as administrator

give this a try

open file explorer

select this pc

right click onto your c drive select properties

select security

click onto your admin account and then check permissions for administrator
