patching and keys help

ive tried factory resetting it mate, but it still doesnt work

What channels can you receive ie fta/etc? Maybe delete the transponders for digi tv and then rescan them. This does work.

keys are for lines 20+21 in technomate

i cant see any reason why the channels wont open mate
you have the latest patch? plus the latest softcam
that i know works i tested it on my tm 6900
and i'm watching sunderland/wigan match on nova sport now
which tm model do you have and what size is your dish?
next are you sure your on thor 1w? and are all the free to
air channels open? if yes look for [digi-tv info] channel this is a free
channel. and if you have it open then all the scrambled digi-tv chns
should open and as they dont if it is then the problem has to be a software glitch.

i have a lock on digitv info, both bars are solid, but it says no audio / video. i have a 1m motorised dish. other fta channles on thor suce as bbc world, gospel channel euro, etc work fine.

to see if this works for you.
next have you got these channels open on thor 1w
cctv-9
lifestyle tv
paprika
markiza
m2

atv
duna tv
antena2
antena 3
these channels are all free to air channels
and if you are on thor you should have these open

Its really helpful if you put a little signature file on your posts to say what kit you are using...

That way.. people who are trying to help you can in some cases point you to the exact versions of software or keys..

oh.. and I had exact same problem at start.. Rumpole sorted it out straight away after I had fannyied round for ages.. i had not aligned my dish to thor 1w properly to start so it didn't show nowt!

that is the frerquency used on thor by bbc world
is this the only free to air chn your getting open?
also are your settings correct
try this menu> satellite setup>ok
on the satellite setup panel you should see these settings
satellite 1.0w thor 2/3
transponder [1] with the frequency
lnb power on
lnb type universal
lnb freq 9.750 /10.600
22 khz auto
diseqc 1.0 off
diseqc 1.1 off
if your settings are different change them to the above

@parsnip, i thought this also mate, but its deffo the modded f/w, ive checked, and also the custom one wouldnt let me load the keys in mate
i think its going on ebay this coz im getting fed up with it lolol

i dont give in mate. i'm sure this is not a serious problem
it has to be a software related problem and before we go down
the factory reset route there are a few more checks first
can i ask when you first loaded the software /patch etc; did you
do it with a memory stick or a null modem cable?
next is your system is motorised ? if yes is your motor set on usuals
or diseqc 1.2 ?
and the patch you loaded is this one
