iPhone Not a valid IPA file ?

Chaps I'm new to this so be gentle.

I have installed Install0us and made apptrackr my home page , however everytime I download a file to my iphone i get the IPA message.

Can someone point me in the right direction please

install : AppSync for OS 3.2

i downloaded it from cydia bud and worked no probs after that



forgot to add install this one if your firmware is 3.1.2
