need help open port on Buffalo AirStation G54 (WBR-G54)

hi all i need help to open a port on my router please. its a Buffalo AirStation G54 (WBR-G54)
and i've went into the config page and put the port number in. but when i go into utorrent it still says the port is blocked.. please can someone help me as i am not getting good speeds ..
