Zgemma H5.2TC stuck standby light on

I've a Zgemma H5.2TC stuck with standby light on, wont flash, HD port dead but works off composite. I was gonna skim but my son said he'd use it if a get it working for his conservatory , i.e. Stalker and the FTA. I've got the flash off open nightly but I can't find the correct bootloader or instructions. Ive been hunting around but I've had no joy finding anything for this model, anyone help please ?

tried another psu I had the same. I had the same thing about 5-6 years ago and started a thread on here. I still have the usb stick I used to flash it but this one ?, not a chance. I've tried a load of lower storage sticks so its either the bootloader or hardware.
