Virgin error 3.0 hub connection error

I've tried to enter the hub settings and I keep getting this:

"Someone else is currently logged into the settings page. Only one session at a time is allowed. Please try again later."

I've rebooted the router, PC and phone it's still there.
Are we talking a factory reset pin job ?
 
I've had that a few times in the past but never had to do a pin reset. Can you try in a different browser?

It happens, I have had to reset before, sometimes its ok after couple reboots, its known issue if you google it
