I'm undecided @Mick @nara or so I thought? but I just took that "test" and the result was Leave but reading the questions twice over before deciding on what answer to give, the questions do try to instill fear, IMO

EDIT:

Instill Fear of Leaving the EU I should have put , sorry

Exactly @shaun127, all the questions was scare-tactically prepared.

World war three lol, for me that has no place in the question unless we was talking about Donald Trump becoming president but that is another subject entirely :)

Surely that viewpoint.would depend on the bias of the observer.

This is true nara, I am very much behind the leave campaign and can be bias - I just want change for our country The EU is broken, and @Him Her is right about the should we stay and fix it or leave and let them deal with it.

But our decisions in Europe are gagged from Brussels anyway, some things are just too broken.

I felt those question were loaded to side with the remain camp as there were no option for an honest answer for me such as do I think we are at risk security wise with open borders possibly being the strongest which for me is no where near enough should have been a deffo or certainly option that was not there so you couldnot answer in a strong enough manner if that happened to be your opinion

in my opinion that test is what correlates the answer & it answers remain in most if not all undecided answers that may as well been called the better the devil you know test because it decided remain on every answer that wasn't clear to leave answer in my opinion

I am betting there will be some eu law that says we cant lock up mr mair & chuck away the key because of his human rights...

I'm all in favour of reasoned arguments for and against on the Referendum, so why ruin it by posting bollox m8? :grayno:

This is supposed to be Sensible Chat.

I wont bother answering that might no conform to your censorship lol

Best not, though I haven't a fecking clue what the rest of your post means, or post #303 for that matter. I've read that one through a couple of times and I'm still lost.

martin lewis mostly I think he is great guy
but he never said anything much at all when you way up what he did say
he said based on probability the economy will go up if we stay in
would that be the bit where he said (Anyone who tells you they KNOW what’ll happen if we leave the EU is a liar) his words not mine like for instance there will be no way back in a few years advisories
or would that be the bit where he says you will never know if you made the right decision as the other option wont be happening
or would that be the bit he says All the studies, models and hypotheses are based on assumptions – that’s guesstimate and hope.
I suppose based on martin's thinking if we stay in the economy will go up must be based on assumptions guesstimates or hope & there could be some liars mixed in there as well of course his words not mine

Oh...K. :tumbleweed:

Anyhow if you're still undecided. Here's a pretty balanced guide from Martin Lewis.

Just respect others views and remember it's in the sensible chat section..

act accordingly.. :)

In for me.
All of the 'debates' I have seen on TV have been a farce..

Farrage was branded a Racist against Africans on one show ?
Eddie Izzard dressing as his alter-ego on another..

None of this has been taken seriously. No friends of mine from a multitude of professions (Doctors to unemployed) have a clue either.

In this country we are so good at having pointless debates, blasting scaremongering headlines in the trash press and creating negativity.
What we lack is a media to just post two columns with Pro's and Con's for either side and let people decide.

I feel we are not getting all the facts.

This is the problem facing all of us. As a nation of sheep who complain constantly, yet we fall in line and accept everything thrown at us. Unlike the French, who will voice there concerns.
The media tries to manipulate their readers/viewers to their viewpoint. Many will vote remain purely because they are unable to make their own decision. If the remain camp win the Referendum, then a lot of their voters will be able to justify it because, "no-one told them how to vote".

And in other news, the leave campaign had no idea she was a supporter of leaving, dirty tricks Mr drob? or an own goal?. ;)

Also, if anyone hasn't seen it this is worth seventy minutes of your time and it is quite entertaining. I have sent my vote so don't need further convincing. Bits filmed in the North Shields fish key up here if you happen to be a Geordie (and apparently we have to pay £2.30 in tax to get £1 back up here - so much for EU grants).
