Ok I have come across this on my travels which seems really good.

Instructions :
Put all files in Root SD-Card
Rename your map to "Iberia"
Connect your PDA how USB device without active sync
(Or conect your card in USB reader)
NEVER WITH ACTIVE SYNC
Run tomtom home in your PC...
Push on Updated
You can updated Mapshare now...speedcams...
That's works ! cool !
Next you can rename map directory and use your own "CurrentMap.dat"
and your own "UserPatch.dat" cut and copy in your root Card...
Note : If you have 2 maps :
- Rename first map directory to "Iberia" then apply mapshare updates...and rename with your original name.
- Next rename second map to "Iberia"....
