Help: TM1500Ci+ Problem

Just patch my my technomate 1500 but stuck on finish then i press cancel, now only one green light show no way to try to load anything is there anything i can do to make it work again?

Open the box and try pulling the ribbon from the box while its on mate and then reattach it. It should do the trick it happened to me once and I managed to ressolve it by doing the above but you would need to load the patch again.

I pull the ribbon from the board that goes to the display then reattach it, the display change to E or 8 but i still can't load the patch

Try the following this may work;

Set the loader with the software ready to go, switch off your tm1500 and then on again, as soon as the lights started to cycle press the start button on the loader.
