Help please

Im a newbie to all this, so apologies.
Ive got a new blade 7000 HD and i cant get it to connect to the blademedia.serverftp can anyone help me? It says connection failed?

Ive tried to re set the router, but still no joy..

Any help, or links to video's greatly appreciated!

click menu > scroll down to blade online and then click ok ...

there you will be able to d/l the channel lists from there, or scroll down one more for the blade on line services ....

well, i did answer your question. ( or scroll down one more for the blade on line services .... ) which is where you will find the youtube feature

btw .. if you think you can watch pay per view channels from the blade server you cant ... the blade server is only for d/l channels lists ....

I managed to sort it out using the 9991 menu.
