Help needed

Hi guys again ive clicked on RECOVER on my storage on dvr cos was showing ERROR , message appeared asking are you sure so i clicked YES but now when go to playback to see if recording it freezes but still have control of curser on mouse but have to unplug the dvr power to go back plus its running weird now ! What have i done and can it be resolved cheers

Got it sorted guys cheers anyways just went to expert settings and defaulted everything back then had to reconfig internet gateway again but sorted
