*HELP* flash EX 5000

I have an update on my earier problem
I am trying to flash my EX 5000.
I am now managing to get to the last stage were it says "Firmware detected".
However, when i click "Start", it says "Sending", but it then stays on 0%, and nothing else happens.
Please HELP!

Hi mate

are you sending on the correct com port???
Check which com port you are using in device manager (control panel).
