Glitching

Hi guys been getting alot of random glitching of late and am not able to cure it.
I am running latest vix with solo2 box with Ccam 2.3.0 installed. and have tried different Ccams checked connections dish etc. signal is good lowest 74%,only been doing it the past few days.Only on HD channels and sky news HD is worst than others with constant glitching.
What would cause glitching when all seems right.

Hi mate it changing from 0.455 to 0.179 to 0.255 etc but seems to steady at 0.242-0.252
